The work of this talented group covers a wide range of throwing, hand building and sculpting methods with various types of clay, followed by spectrum of glazing and firing techniques. These range from the ancient art of wood burning kilns and the oriental “raku” to modern electrically heated, electronically controlled kilns. The eleven artists exhibiting, each have their own technique and show their individual expression of artistic form in their work.
